You might consider that some...Thanks for your blog. You might consider that someone reading may have never been to the Chesapeake and have no idea what boating (or sailing) there is like. Heck it took me a bit to find which state "Georgetown" is in... <br /><br />I've wondered for a long time what sailing in the Chesapeake would be like..and then I read you have both AC and heaters on sailboats (!?) that's different. <br /><br />Going from Georgetown to Havre.. is that a motorsail, downwind? Current? Warm, cold? easterly wind? 2 knots? 20 knots? It would be interesting to know. <br /><br />You might think about writing a little extra to orient someone from far away what your standard conditions are like. <br /><br />FYI, my standard conditions are SF Bay. No heaters, no A.C. 15-25 knot westerly's from May to September, 3-6 foot chop predictable. Only 4 major destinations available San Francisco (marinas only), Angel Island (small anchor buoy field), Sausolito (open anchorage), Oakland (marinas).
